About this worksheet
Five rounded rows, five toys in each, and one in every row that does not belong. A name line sits at the top for classroom use.
The rows are deliberately not all the same difficulty. Two of them turn on a small change inside the same object: four teddy bears sitting and one standing with its arms up, four sailboats with twin sails and one with a single sail. The other three swap the object outright, so a pinwheel hides among kites, a xylophone among drums, and a tractor among trains.
Start a child on the bottom three rows if they are new to this, since a whole different toy is easier to catch than a changed pose. The top two are the ones worth talking through together.
What students will practice
