Dot the Ornaments Christmas Worksheet for Kids

About this worksheet

Six blank ornaments hang across the page, each beside a short problem. Draw four red dots and three yellow dots, then write how many dots in all. The totals stay at ten or under, and every problem names two colors, so the child ends up decorating the ornament and solving the problem in the same movement.

Drawing the dots before counting them is the useful part. A child who is not yet confident adding in their head can see both groups sitting on the ornament and count the lot, which is exactly the stage this page is aimed at.
