About this worksheet
Ten numbered workers, each with three job words to weigh: read the words, look at the picture, and circle the one that fits. The distractors are chosen to make kids read carefully (mechanic next to plumber and tailor; dentist next to pharmacist and barber), so the first letter alone will not always get you there.
At ten questions with three options each it is a full reading-vocabulary page, a step up from the six-question kindergarten version. The little tool icons along the bottom keep the mood playful while the task itself is squarely about matching a written word to its meaning.
