About this worksheet
Twelve division sentences on soft orange bars, each with one empty box. Sometimes the answer is missing, sometimes the number being divided by, and sometimes the number being divided. Pumpkins and falling leaves decorate the page.
The missing dividend problems, like ? ÷ 5 = 8, are the ones that make a child think, because the only way in is multiplication: 5 × 8 = 40. Working out which operation to use is the real skill here, and it is a step beyond plain fact practice. All numbers stay within 100.
