Eight picture cards to cut out and glue under Big or Small: an elephant, a ladybug, a tree, a key, a strawberry, a school bus, a button and a house.
This is the step up in the set. Every card is the same size, so a child cannot just look and compare. They have to think about the real thing, and know that an elephant is big even when it is drawn in a small square, while a strawberry is small. That is a real jump from comparing two drawings side by side.
Four go in each box, so a child can count their two piles before any glue comes out.
