About this worksheet

Twelve clean line-art toys in two columns with a two-word choice beside each. Name and date lines at the top, no color, prints on anything.

The vocabulary runs longer here than on the other kindergarten pages: wagon, guitar, scooter, marbles, truck, pinwheel, helicopter, frisbee, duck, trumpet, bunny and dollhouse. Several are three syllables. What keeps it within reach is that no two choices in a pair share a first letter, so the picture plus the opening sound is always enough, and a child meets the longer word without having to decode all of it.

Sits a step above the color “My Toy Box” page and a step below the Grade 1 “Toy Chest” page in the same set.
