About this worksheet
Twenty-seven numbered problems in three columns, headed “Find the Product” inside a double rule border. The facts run from 2x8 up to 10x10, and include several that children reliably stall on: 8x9, 7x8, 9x6 and 7x7. Two square facts, 4x4 and 6x6, sit in the middle of the page.
The problems are numbered, which matters more than it sounds. A numbered set is easy to assign in parts (“do 1 to 12 now”), easy to mark against a list, and easy for a child to find their place in again after a break. The lines are generously spaced, so there is room for a child who is still writing digits large.
