About this worksheet
Five words down the left and five color pictures down the right: chair, bed, stairs, clock and rug. The pictures are shuffled, so each line crosses the page to find its match.
There is no writing at all, which makes this the easiest way into the set for a child who can sound out a short word but is not forming letters with confidence yet. Say each word together first, then let them hunt for it.
