About this worksheet
A friendly ten-segment caterpillar to color by position: color the first segment green, the sixth red, the ninth blue, right through to the tenth. Counting starts at the head, so kids track each ordinal along the caterpillar’s body to find the right circle.
All ten positions are here in scrambled order, which makes it a solid second or third ordinal page once kids are comfortable with first through fifth. The smiling caterpillar keeps the mood light while the counting does real work.
