About this worksheet
Twenty-five flowers fill the page, each with a single lowercase letter printed in its center. Ten of them hold a vowel. Kids work across the rows, name each letter, and color in only the flowers showing a, e, i, o, or u, leaving the consonant flowers blank.
Because the answer is a color rather than a written letter, the page works before a child can comfortably write. The finished sheet also self-checks at a glance: a grown-up can see the ten colored flowers from across the room. Good for phonics centers, early finishers, or a quiet coloring break that still teaches something.
