About this worksheet
Six boxes to draw in, each with a sentence starter underneath: I can see, I can hear, I can smell, I can taste and I can touch, then a last box for My favorite sense is. A small sense picture in the corner of every box reminds children which one they are on.
This is the open-ended page, where children come up with their own examples instead of choosing from pictures. Answers can be a single word or a sound-it-out attempt, and the drawings do most of the work. It makes a lovely end to the topic and an easy one to send home or hang up.
