About this worksheet
A smiling girl in overalls stands in the middle of the page with five empty boxes around her, each joined by a line to her eyes, ears, nose, tongue or hand. Children cut out the five sense words from the strip at the bottom and glue each one in the box where it belongs.
It turns the sentence I see with my eyes into a picture a child builds themselves. Gluing words rather than writing them keeps it within reach for children who are not writing yet, and since there are exactly five words for five boxes, the last one is a handy self-check.
