About this worksheet
Six short story problems about stickers, toy cars, pages, crayons, shells and blocks, each with room to show the work and an answer line with the unit already written in.
Two are trickier than they look. Problem 3 says Mia read 16 more pages than Ben, so the answer is found by adding. Problem 4 starts with an unknown (Ava had some crayons, got 15 more, and now has 52), so the child has to work out what plus 15 makes 52. Both are worth reading aloud together.
