About this worksheet
Mia finds a shiny blue crayon on the sidewalk and draws a little boat, and the boat sails off the page into a big puddle. Then she draws a duck, and it hops in too. The story ends on a question (what will she draw next?) that children love to answer out loud before they ever reach the worksheet.
Questions one to three are answered right in the text. Question four asks how Mia felt, which the story only hints at with the word laughed, and question five asks what the child would draw with a magic crayon of their own. There is no wrong answer to that last one, which makes it a happy sheet to finish a set on.
