Where Is It? First Grade Prepositions Worksheet

About this worksheet

No theme on this one, just eight ordinary things in ordinary places: a cat in a basket, a ball under a chair, a bird on a birdhouse, a boy behind a tree, a kite over a house, a dog between two bones, a girl next to a door and a bike in front of a bench. Line drawings sit at the right of each sentence and the eight-word bank runs along the top.

This is the plain version of the picture-clue sheets, the one to print when you want the skill and nothing else competing for attention. It prints black on white and is light on ink, so a class set is cheap, and any child who finishes early can color the drawings.
